"We moved in about a month ago and we love it so far. The apartments are seriously well done. Soft closing cabinets and drawers, a great washer and dryer set, really nice flooring, etc. My coworkers and friends who have visited have been blown away. We moved from out of state and lived in another luxury apartment previously and I would argue that this place is even nicer. Just waiting for the amenities to be finished up! I can’t wait for the gym— it looks amazing!

Also, we were hesitant to move into an apartment due to the fear of upstairs neighbors noise but I've got to say, it is super quiet while in your apartment. I can hardly even tell someone lives above me and I’ve never heard my next door neighbors! We weren’t sure if anyone lived above us— but a family does and they have become good friends.

I also feel super safe here. Each apartment has a ring doorbell and the buildings can only be accessed by fob or by the app. I love the digital key pad lock on the door and that we can control the lights with our phones. Small touches that really do add up!

The office staff are all super nice and the maintenance supervisor, Noah, is super friendly. We had a maintenance request and they came by super quickly. Also, they mop the hallways and elevators everyday! It’s seriously so clean."

I recently moved into the Royce on 9th, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff here is incredibly friendly and constantly go above and beyond to make sure we as residents are happy and taken care of! I can’t thank Alyse enough for helping me with the move in process. She is fantastic, professional, and so easy to work with! I can really commend everyone at the leasing office for being organized and communicating all the details and things I needed to know throughout!

As for the community and the actual apartments, everything is fantastic. The amenities are top-notch, making every day living, convenient and enjoyable! I have lived at a few high-end apartments/townhomes and can honestly say, without a doubt, that The Royce has the full package. Great living space, awesome amenities, wonderful staff and excellent service! I love the atmosphere and I am so glad to have found a place that I enjoy calling home. Easily 5 stars.

The Royce team was absolutely phenomenal with their service to the community. They are on top of any concern or requests you have, and they will handle it super quick. The maintenance team is fast and comes on time. The customer service is fantastic!.
The amenities are so awesome, you have everything you need to feel like you are in a 5 star resort, from the 2 floor gym, pool, jacuzzi, BBQs, outside lounging areas with bonfires, Dog park, arcade machine, rooftop lounge area, and garbage valet! And let me tell you something, the garbage valet is such an excellent service for husbands that gotta throw the trash out hahah! Now you and your family can just rely on the service team to throw your trash for you (they come every day, except weekends). The walls in this community are thick and no noise issues from any apartment around me, and it’s super quiet. Neighbors in this community are nice and respectful.
I highly recommend anyone to come live at The Royce on 9th, you will not regret it!

We moved into a 3 bedroom a few months ago and, after fighting with our previous apartment complex for some basic tenant rights, the extremely patient and knowledgeable staff at The Royce finalized our lease and got us moved in.

The property is in fantastic shape, which is expected as it is brand new.

The staff here is the honestly the biggest draw for me. They are friendly and helpful and every time I see one of them on a tour or just around the property they are smiling, well dressed, and giving off the impression that they really do love their job and where they work. The manager, Alisa, leads an incredibly talented team of passionate professionals. Alisa, Alyse and Madi are the three I've met personally and all of them have made my resident experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

All in all I couldn't give The Royce on 9th a more glowing review. Deservedly awarded "The Best Place to Live in SLC", this property is a bright spot in the ICO portfolio and somewhere I will (and have) recommended everyone I know to call home.
